I am interested in ecotypic differentiation and the effect it has on the ecophysiology of plant species with a focus on utilizing variation in plant traits to enhance restoration success. Jordan's work exploring the ecophysiology of ecotypes is conducted using longleaf pine savanna species as a model system.
